Personal Loan for Doctors is a Term Loan facility designed to fulfill the personal requirements of individual doctors. It is an unsecured loan that means no cash security required such as Fixed Deposits etc.

Special Features:
          Interest rate starting from 12.50%
          Income from private practice is adequate for credit Assessment
          Maximum Loan amount is DBT 10 Lac
          BMDC verification is not mandatory*
          No Cash or Collateral Security is needed
          Loan amount up to BDT 10 Lac

Eligibility
-Age
          Minimum age: 25 years
          Maximum age: 65 years at the time of loan maturity
-Professional Experience
          Minimum 1 Year
-Minimum Monthly Income
          BDT 25,000 net monthly income

Required Documents
          Last 12 month's bank statement
          Declared monthly income on doctor’s prescription pad
          Pay slip/Letter of introduction/Employment proof from working organization
          Copy of National ID Card/Passport/Driving License
          Proof of Address (Copy of paid Utility Bill)
          Latest Tax Clearance Certificate
          BMDC Certificate

          Latest Tax clearance certificate /return receipt of tax
