Housing loan is designed to enable those applicants
who already own one property (Registered) and intend to buy a second property
(house or an apartment).

Who
is eligible?
-The applicant intend to purchase property, the
location should be acceptable to the bank.
-The applicant can share single or joint source of
income (Family members’ income)
-The applicant should be able to make 30% down
payment of the total property value
-The borrower must establish a source of repayment
which must be acceptable to the bank.
-The applicant should be in possession of an
original registered title deed or third party guarantee is also allowed.
-The property must be free of charges or lies by law
of legal mortgage or otherwise over the property.
